Church of La Encarnacion

Situated within the grounds of a Moorish fortress. The church is now a cultural centre after being tastefully restored. The church is closed but If you are considering if the walk is worth it...it is. With in the grounds of the ruined fortress is not only the restored church with its moorish feature's, but the town cemetery and  the most stunning views into the valley below. The valley is home to a large amount of  Griffen vultures that nest in the rocks patrolling the valley in numbers.

Parking

Best place to park is on Calle Carrera(see below) as you enter the village parking and driving is difficult once in. Read general rules on street parking
