Estepona's old town is one of the few remaining old towns along with Marbella and Malaga. Most coastal resorts knocked there old town's down to make way for hotels and apartment's. At the heart of the old town in Estepona is the Plaza de la Flores. From there Plaza del Reloj is just around the corner which is home to the oldest Christian building on the Costa del Sol. The Torre del Reloj. Originally part of a church built on the site of an Arab mosque. Further up is the Plaza San Francisco which has a beautiful 18th century church. There is a lot to cover in the old town and will take the best part of a day to get around. Plaza de la Flores, where the tourist information is located so you can pick up your free map of the Old Town is good place to start your tour.
