Bio Parc in Fuengirola

Originally opened in the 1970's and totally redeveloped in the 1990's the Bioparc is a beautiful zoo. Although the area is quite small the developers have made good use creating a tropical forest eco system around the whole area with a winding path through it. The Bioparc is a zoo. But unlike other zoo's the animals are not in cages. It has been skilfully designed creating natural habitats for the animals. This is a great place to take the kids. During the summer months the zoo stays open late and offers nocturnal tours. These are fantastic. This is a good day out.

This is a great place for a family day out. Easy to get to near the centre of Fuengirola. We went at night and the nocturnal show was brilliant
