The Cueva del Tesoro (the caves of treasure) is situated just outside Malaga city in Rincon de la victoria and is visually stunning. The lighting in the caves are superb and really catches the full glory of the cave system. The cave takes about 45 minutes to have a good look a round and take a camera. The caves formed in the Jurassic period around 150 to 200 million years ago. There are legends that say that there is hidden treasure in the caves, but its never been found.
