La Alameda is situated between the old Quarter and the Avenida Del Mar. The park has a selection of exotic tree's and plants, some of them are huge. Around the park
there are beautifully decorated ceramic benches and at the centre is the Virgen Del Rocio fountain also decorated in ceramics. The park is very quiet and tranquil, away from the bustle of the city
while still being in the city. Because of the large trees shielding the park from the sun makes the area very cool. A nice place to sit and relax. For more information on the Alameda in Marbella
