Sierra Nevada Ski Resort

Sierra Nevada is Europe's most southern ski resort and less than a two hour drive from the Costa Del Sol. Is it possible to ski in the morning and spend the afternoon on the beach....Yes. The Sierra Nevada has one of the longest ski seasons in Europe and normally ends in May. With sunrise around 7:00am and sunset 9:30pm there is plenty of time to do both.....with a 5:00am start.

The ski resort in Pradollano is totally geared up for the skier good car parking, plenty of ski hire shops, easy to use electronic ski pass machines and loads of accomodation. The resort is dog friendly but it's recommended that the dog wears boots in winter. The ground gets really cold and can damage paws.
