Parking in Torremolinos

There are a lot of places to park in Torremolinos but its not the easiest town to drive through for many reason. Most of the centre is pedestrianised, Paseo maritimo (the coastal road) is a dead end and there is a shear drop from parts of Torremolinos to the beach. Having said that there is a trick to driving through Torremolinos. There is plenty of parking off the N340a which can be accessed from the Malaga  and Benalmadena side of Torremolinos.  The road is the main road and is easy to negotiate.

The parking places we have chosen consider driving skills, pay and free parking. We would not recommend street parking due to parking violations and fines. If you do then please check the rules for parking and read general rules to street parking below. All the parking places on this webpage are pinpointed with an interactive google map. These maps will direct you to the parking place and help you find the parking place if you get lost while exploring Torremolinos using a smart phone. So save this page. Don't forget to have a look at the toolbar on the left for all the attractions in Torremolinos, all with interactive directional maps. general rules to street parking

The first place we have chosen is right on the beach at the Malaga side of Torremolinos on the Paseo Maritimo Calle dr Juan Hidalgo junction. It is really easy to get if you leave the A7 on the MA-20 N-340a junction this avoids the town centre. There is a small charge when the car park attendant is there. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the town centre but if its the beach you are after then this is the best car park. If you are navigating with a hand held device then click the red icon on the map for directions. If you are using sat nav then enter destination as Calle Dr. Juan Hidalgo. Don't forget you can use your handheld device to find the car park if have forgotten where it is when you have finished exploring Torremolinos.

The second place we have chosen is La Parque de Bateria. The car park is situated minutes off the N-340a, easy to get to and free. Just check that because rules can change. The park itself is a great place to walk around. From here it's a 15 to 20 minute walk to the town centre or a couple of minutes on the train from  Montemar Alto train station 2 minutes from the car park ( see our webpage on the train service) If you are navigating with a hand held device then click the red icon on the map for directions. If you are using sat nav then enter destination as Calle Delano Antonio Seoane Torremolinos. Don't forget you can use your handheld device to find the car park if have forgotten where it is when you have finished exploring Torremolinos.

The third place we have chosen is closer to the centre of Torremolinos. It is free road parking but do check as rules can change. This is a good location and if there is no parking places there are two car parks close by.  If you are navigating with a hand held device then click the red icon on the map for directions. If you are using sat nav then enter destination as Calle Rio Mesa, Torremolinos. Don't forget you can use your handheld device to find the car park if have forgotten where it is when you have finished exploring Torremolinos.

The forth place we have chosen is a pay car park close to the road parking in the third choice. It's close to the town centre of Torremolinos. If you are navigating with a hand held device then click the red icon on the map for directions. If you are using sat nav then enter destination as Calle Rio Aranda, Torremolinos. Don't forget you can use your handheld device to find the car park if have forgotten where it is when you have finished exploring Torremolinos.
