Parque La Bateria in Torremolinos

La parque la Bateria Opened  in 2007 and once a military base. The  park is the largest in Torremolinos and is visually stunning. There are paths around the park, a boating lake and a fair at the top end. Other attraction here apart from the gun batteries is a Moorish  lookout post the views from the top look out across the park and coastline. This park is well worth a trip, it's beautiful.

By Car Enter the A7 towards Torremolinos exit to AP7 towards Torremolinos exit 226. This avoids driving through the town centre. use click & go for directions to the Parque.

 

By Bus The best place to exit the bus is Torremolinos bus station. For bus schedules click here. To monitor your progress on the bus use click & go by going to Torremolinos bus station then click on the icon on the map.  This will help you to get off at the right bus stop.

 

By Train Torremolinos is on the malaga Fuengirola train line, so If travelling from Malaga, Fuengirola or Benalmadena train is best option. The best stop is Montemar click here for more details.

    This is a great park to take the family. It's 2 minutes from Montemar train station has a boating lake in the middle. Loads for kids to do.
