With frequent and affordable services, it’s easy to reach popular destinations like Malaga, Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Mijas Pueblo. Change at Fuengirola central to get to Marbella, La Cala de Mijas and Cabopino.

Bus vs. Train from Torremolinos: Which is Best?

Torremolinos Centro offers both bus and train options, with stations just 100 meters apart. Your choice depends on your destination and priorities.

Mijas Pueblo & Benalmádena Pueblo: The bus is your only option, as trains don’t serve these areas.
Fuengirola & Malaga: Trains are faster and cost 1–2 euros more, while buses are slower but cheaper.
Benalmádena: For Arroyo de la Miel (markets or town), the train is better. For the marina, Sea Life, or beaches, take the bus since the train station is over 1 km from the coast.
