Welcome to the Indoor Market, Fuengirola
The former indoor market in Fuengirola has been demolished and work is now underway on a completely new market building. The new market is being constructed on the site of the old market and, if the work stays on schedule, it should be open later this year. For now, there isn't much to see apart from the construction itself, but we've included a photo showing the progress. Once the new market is completed and open to the public, we'll return to give you a full look at what's inside, what you can buy and what the new market has to offer. For now, watch this space!

Information on the Indoor Market
The former indoor market in Fuengirola has been demolished and a completely new market is now being built on the same site. This photo was taken in September 2026 and shows the progress of the new building, which is being constructed mainly from wood. Although there is still some way to go, the new market is already starting to take shape and looks like it could be an impressive addition to the centre of Fuengirola when finished.
If work stays on schedule, the new market should open later this year. For now, we've included the latest photo so you can see how construction is progressing. Once the market is completed and open, we'll return to take a proper look inside and update this page with details of the stalls, food, shops and everything else it has to offer.
