The Promenade in San Pedro

The San Pedro de Alcántara Promenade is one of the Costa del Sol’s most impressive seafront walks, stretching along the beach with wide pathways, landscaped gardens, beach bars, and excellent facilities. Having undergone major redevelopment over the years, it has become one of the most attractive promenades on the coast, offering a relaxed atmosphere that appeals to walkers, cyclists, families, and beach lovers alike.

1. Overview

The San Pedro de Alcántara Promenade is a modern beachfront walkway running alongside the town's long sandy beaches. Once a relatively quiet stretch of coastline, it has been transformed into one of the Costa del Sol's premier promenades, featuring wide pedestrian areas, cycle paths, children's play zones, beach restaurants, and beautifully maintained gardens. It is a popular destination throughout the year for both locals and visitors.

2. Location & Address

The promenade runs along the seafront of San Pedro de Alcántara, west of Marbella and east of Estepona.
