Welcome to the Marina in Estepona

Estepona Marina is one of the liveliest areas of the resort, combining a working harbour with a popular collection of bars, restaurants, cafés, and boat excursions. 1. Overview

Estepona Marina is a modern harbour located at the western end of the town's seafront. Home to leisure boats, fishing vessels, waterfront restaurants, and popular bars, it offers a different atmosphere to Estepona's Old Town. The marina is a favourite meeting place for both locals and visitors, with plenty of places to eat, drink, and relax while enjoying views across the harbour and Mediterranean Sea.

2. Location & Address

The marina is situated a short distance west of Estepona's town centre and promenade.

Address: Puerto Deportivo de Estepona, Estepona, Málaga, Spain

It can easily be reached on foot from the promenade and many of the nearby hotels and apartments.

3. Opening Times & Accessibility

The marina itself is open 24 hours a day.

Most restaurants, bars, and cafés operate throughout the day, with many becoming busiest during the evening.

The area is largely flat and fully accessible for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and pushchairs, with wide walkways throughout the harbour.

4. Parking

One of the advantages of visiting Estepona Marina is the availability of parking nearby.

There are several parking areas surrounding the marina, including both free and paid spaces depending on the season and location. Compared to many Costa del Sol marinas, parking is generally easier to find, especially outside peak summer periods.

5. How to Get There

By Car:
Easy access from the A-7 motorway with parking available around the marina.

By Bus:
Local bus services connect the marina with Estepona town centre and surrounding areas.

On Foot:
The marina is connected to Estepona's seafront promenade, making it an enjoyable walk from the town centre.

  • The marina market is worth visiting if it is operating during your stay.
  • Playa del Cristo is only a short walk away and can easily be combined with a marina visit.
